Here's how you can quickly make this sales strategy template work for you to deliver a plan that will get you to exceed your target revenue number.

1. Review every slide to familiarize yourself with this Google Slide presentation.
2. Print the presentation (or don't to save paper), but I like to make notes on the slides for how I will change them.
3. Update text and charts based on your notes.
4. Circulate a preliminary DRAFT to internal stakeholders to get their feedback (put the words DRAFT on every slide in upper right, so everyone knows).
5. Incorporate feedback into the final sales strategy presentation.

That's a simplified how to guide, but that's actually the process I go through when developing these strategies. There are more nuanced steps when developing the unique content for each slide like what your ICP is or who your Personas are, or how you should allocate budget, but this will get you where you need to go.
