When I first took over marketing, we lacked a cohesive content strategy.
We wasted time and energy producing content for too many channels with very little results. At best, we were average at some of them and terrible at many of them.
So, the first priority for me was to figure out which channels were most important for acquiring our target customer.
Then pick the top 3 channels to focus on and be really f*cking good at them.
We focused on our Blog content, our Youtube channel, and our webinars. All of our efforts shifted to winning on those 3 channels.
